Bentley has launched the new Bentayga Hybrid which marks the company's
first step towards electrification. Powering the luxury SUV is an
3.0-litre V6 petrol engine and an electric motor which acts as both a
generator and an active power unit for the SUV. The electric battery can
be recharged in between 2.5 and 7.5 hours and has an all-electric range
of 31 miles. The hybrid version of the luxurious SUV will be the
company’s most efficient model ever, with CO2 emissions of just 75 g/km
(NEDC). Adrian Hallmark, new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
